for 2007

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is Saturday at 4pm. Check-out is the following Saturday at 10am.
Payments
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due with your signed rental contract.
The remaining balance, plus security deposit, is due one month before
occupancy. Security deposits will be refunded within two weeks of departure.
Cancellations
Should you cancel for any reason, you will receive full credit for another
stay within the same calendar year depending on availability. Or your
deposit can be refunded (less $100.00) if the week you reserved can be
re-rented.
